Mark McGrory brings decades of patent litigation experience to his role on the Deep Packet Inspection Consortium Board. As a former senior in-house litigation attorney with Sprint, Mark’s work in private practice focused on representing industry leaders, including a major telecom carrier, in numerous patent litigation matters. His work resulted in a string of victories in the Eastern District of Texas and Northern District of California, as well as wins representing a name brand cable company in patent litigation in the Southern District of New York and the District of Delaware. His experience with non-practicing entities (NPE) as patent litigation plaintiffs and the concomitant NPE economic model offers unique insights for the mission of the Deep Packet Inspection Consortium project.
